PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PROMO RATE

The promotional price is applicable only if both conditions are met: registrations are made between 01/01/2026 and 31/03/2026, and payments are made according to the payment terms.

Step 1) Down Payment (Non-Refundable). Due immediate upon application/registration

– 500 EUR for ENDURO and ATV
– 1000 EUR for SSV, Cars and Trucks

Step 2) Second Installment. Deadline: 30th April 2026

– 500 EUR for Enduro
– 1000 EUR for SSV and Cars
– 1500 EUR for Trucks

Step 3) – Final Installment. Deadline: 1st June 2026

– Remaining balance of the entry fee and
– Fees for additional people, vehicles and services

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE ENTRY FEE

ENTRY FEES INCLUDE

– Sporting rights for (for competitors only)
‐ Participation in the event (Administrative checks and scrutineering, prologue and 5 rally days)
‐ General Third‐Party Liability Insurance
‐ Administrative set (ID card, bracelets, stickers etc.)
‐ Safety Tracking System rental (for competitors only)
‐ Access to rally infrastructure and to service area
‐ Digital Road book (for competitors only), mounting kit is not included
‐ Professional medical assistance
‐ Recovery service for competitors only ‐ (for racing vehicles only to the closest tarmac road)
‐ Meals at the bivouac (breakfast, lunch package, dinner) included in the official rally catering
‐ Personal gift from the Fan Shop
‐ Award ceremony

ENTRY FEES DO NOT INCLUDE

Fees DO NOT include:
‐ Personal Accident Insurance
‐ Transport of participants and their vehicles
‐ Fuel supply
– Mountin kit of the Digital Road Book
‐ Personal expenses
‐ Deposit for Safety Tracking Systems
‐ Flights
‐ Food and drinks not included in the official rally catering
‐ Any medical related costs, incl. COVID‐9 (PCR and other tests)
‐ Hotel accommodation
– Additional people or vehicles
– Service people or service vehicles

Notes:
“Discovery” is a non‐racing category!
Minimum 7 vehicles should be registered in one class in order to make a separate ranking. The organizer has the right to combine or cancel classes and subclasses if the minimum number of crews is not reached.

ENTRY FEES FOR SERVICE MEMBERS, FAMILY MEMBERS, ACCOMPANYING PERSON AND VEHICLES

An “Additional Person” refers to anyone other than the driver and co-driver(s), such as a mechanic, friend, guest, spectator, fan, family member, etc.
An “Additional Vehicle” refers to any vehicle other than the rally vehicle, including service vehicles, campers, buses, vans, etc.

4×4 / VAN / BUS / CAMPER (up to 3.5 t)	190€ per vehicle
VEHICLE – (over 3.5 t)	260€ per vehicle

GENERAL CANCELLATION TERMS

If a competitor cancels an entry or fails to make payment by the due dates, the following refund policy will apply:

– For withdrawals on or before 31 March 2026, the down payment will be retained to cover administrative and organizational costs.

– For withdrawals between 1 April 2026 and 31 May 2026, 50% of fees already paid will be refunded; however, the down payment will still be retained.
